The Great Junk Hunt

The Great Junk Hunt
Just some of the treasure you might find. (The Great Junk Hunt)

Most of us wouldn’t think that we would need to go outside of our homes to find vintage junk, but The Great Junk Hunt people have made it a business to bring all sorts of treasures nearby you. It’s part antique show, part swap meet and everything else in between. Here you’ll find farmhouse, industrial, rustic and shabby chic items that you (probably) won’t find anywhere else – at least not when you are actually looking for it.

The Great Junk Hunt is big deal. They have been featured in Romantic Homes magazine, voted the “Top Traveling Vintage Market in the USA” by Flea Market Style magazine and listed as a “Must Attend Flea Market in America” by Flea Market D├ęcor magazine.

The Great Junk Hunt will be at the Monroe Evergreen State Fairgrounds on November 4 and 5 and the Puyallup Washington State Fair Events Center on November 18 and 19. Tickets at $8 for Saturday shopping or $20 for “early bird” shopping Friday night (which also include admission for Saturday as well). Children age 12 and under are free.

The Monroe Evergreen State Fairgrounds is located at 14405 179th Ave. S.E., Monroe, WA, 98272.

Washington State Fair Events Center is located at 110 9th Ave. S.W., Puyallup, WA 98371.
