An Event for Goats and their People

New Moon Farm Goat Rescue and Sanctuary present the 2017 Goatalympics at the Evergreen State Fairgounds on July 8. This free family event puts all of its energy into having fun with pet goats including foot races, obstacle courses beauty pageants and more. People’s Choices awards will be given to goats (and their people) who come up with the best trick, the longest beard, the most spots, etc. Lots of great prizes, food trucks will be on site and plenty of adoptable goats can be found here as well.

The Goatalympics is open to all ages and is free to spectators. Those choosing to enter their goat in a contest will pay an entry fee per class. All proceeds that come from the event will go to help the New Moon Farm Goat Rescue and Sanctuary which is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of animals in need.
