Xtreme International Ice Racing (or XiiR for short) is coming to the Xfinity Arena in Everett for a night of crazy racing with bikes that go from 0 to 60MPH in just three seconds all competing on ice. Sure, it’s not as glamorous as ice skating, but it’s a lot more fun.
XiiR promises to be “the fastest sport on ice and one of the fastest sports in the world” where qualifying heats consist of four riders racing handlebar-to-handlebar for four laps. There will be a total of twenty to twenty-five heat races at the event.
Bring a canned food item and receive early entry to the Nelson Motorsports Happy Hour! Enjoy food and drink specials 90 minutes prior to the Xtreme International Ice Racing. Plus, for every canned food item you donate and each food or drink item you purchase, you will get a raffle ticket to win a custom kids ATV or Pit Bike from Nelson Motorsports.
XiiR happens Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at the Xfinity Arena in Everett which is located at 2000 Hewitt Ave., Everett, WA 98201. Tickets run from $11-$33 and can be purchased online or by calling the Arena’s box office at (866) 332-8499.
